Atlanta, Georgia

This panoramic photograph of Atlanta was taken by James Blakeway. The brightly lit building with the three tiers is Georgia Pacific Tower. To its right is 191 Peachtree Tower, crowned with lighted columns. Westin Peachtree Plaza with its brightly lit crown is partially visible behind 191 Peachtree Tower and was once the tallest hotel in the world. Further to the right is the 60-story SunTrust Plaza , which is identifiable by its single, bright light at its top. Further right is Atlanta 's tallest building, Bank of America Plaza, with its brightly lit pyramidal roof. To the far right is the area referred to as Midtown which is home to many of Atlanta 's skyscrapers.
