Q. Do you have quantity discount pricing?
A. Air One offers discounts for many different quantity levels. (Even large discounts for preferred customers.)
Q. Can you ship directly to our event?
A. Of course we can ship to your event; we try to make this as easy on you as possible.
Q. What is the turnaround time for an order?
A. Depending on the quantities, most orders can be turned around in 7-14 days.
Q. Can we put text on the photo, along with our logo?
A. Almost anything graphically can be put on the images. Be as creative as you would like.
Q. What other sizes are available?
A. When we say custom, we mean custom. If you have a specific size you need, we can do it!
Q. Do you have rush shipping?
A. Rush shipping can be done for any order.
Q. Is there a minimum quantity that has to be ordered?
A. The minimum quantity for any order is twenty five.
Q. How will the product come shipped?
A. We have a couple of options, either full protective boxes for framed prints or cardboard protective corners. Our matted
products come wrapped in a clear acetate sleeve and unframed prints come in tubes.
Q. How can I make payments?
A. Payments are made 50% up front and 50% upon receipt. We accept cash, check or credit card.
